Stan Cipkowski is the founder of American Bio Medica Corporation and is the inventor of its primary product line, the Rapid Drug Screen. He was re-appointed to the office of CEO in September 2004. He previously served as CEO from January 1994 through January 2001. Mr. Cipkowski has been a director of the Company since its incorporation. Mr. Cipkowski has held various finance, sales, and marketing management positions with Dialogue Systems, Howard Johnson Company, and Prentice Hall Publishing.

Martin Gould joined us in 1998. Before joining us, Mr. Gould has held positions with E. Merck, Inc. and he founded Ampcor Diagnostics, Inc., which was acquired by Neogen Corp. (NASDAQ:NEOG). Mr. Gould served as Vice President and General Manager of Neogen Corp. until 1997.

Todd Bailey joined us in April 2001 as a Director of Business Development and was later promoted to Director of National Accounts. Prior to joining us, he was Substance Abuse Account Manager for Roche Diagnostics Corporation.

Douglas Casterlin re-joined ABMC in April 2008 as our Executive Vice President, Operations. Mr. Casterlin has over 20 years experience in the field of manufacturing. From September 2004 until April 2008, Mr. Casterlin was employed by Beacon Group SW, Inc as its Vice President, Business Operations. Prior to his position at Beacon Group SW, Inc., Mr. Casterlin served as the Company's Executive Vice President, Operations from May 1997 to January 2004.

Melissa Waterhouse joined ABMC in December 1997. Since that time she has held various management positions in Investor Relations, Marketing and Public Relations. She was appointed our Corporate Secretary in September 2003 and she is currently our Vice President & Chief Compliance Officer.

Stefan Parker joined ABMC in 2005 as the Company's Controller and was appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Finance in August 2007. Prior to joining us, he was Accounting Manager with Mechanical Technology, Inc.

Edmund Jaskiewicz was appointed President in September 2003 and Chairman of the Board in September 2004. Mr. Jaskiewicz also served as our corporate secretary until September 2003 and as our Chairman of the Board of Directors from 1992 until 1999. Edmund Jaskiewicz has been one of our directors since 1992. He has practiced international patent and corporate law for over 40 years.

Mr. Koskey brings over 30 years of financial experience as a Certified Public Accountant. Since 1975, he has been a managing principal of Pattison, Koskey, Howe & Bucci, P.C., a regional accounting firm.

Daniel W. Kollin is a principal of BioMed Capital Group Ltd., a firm that provides strategic and business advisory services. He has over twenty years experience in investment banking, venture capital and corporate management, specializing in pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare companies in North America and Europe.

Dr. Costantino joined our board in June 2004. Since September 2002, he has served as Vice President, Operations for NMS Labs. From September 1991 until August 2002, he held various positions within American Medical Laboratories, Inc., with the most recent being Sr. Vice President and Director until August 2002.

Mr. Florio joined our board in August 2004. Mr. Florio is currently the Vice Chairman of Paradigm Capital Management, Inc. Mr. Florio served as Regional President - Eastern New York of First Niagara Financial Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:FNFG) from 2005 until 2008. Mr. Florio served as President and CEO of Hudson River Bancorp, Inc. from 1996 until 2005 when Hudson River BanCorp, Inc. was acquired by FNFG.

Jean Neff joined our Board in February 2008. She brings over 35 years of administrative and sales and management experience within the healthcare industry. Until her retirement in 2007, she served as Sr. Vice President of New Business Development of the Occupational Testing Services division of Laboratory Corporation of America (LabCorp).
